What your workdays will involve:

• Coordinating the full implementation of a CRM system within the sales team
• Managing project plans, budgets, and deadlines
• Directing data migration from existing systems
• Supporting development of Power BI–based reports and dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Replacing manual Excel reports with automated solutions
• Monitoring user adoption, data quality, and decision-support metrics
• Ensuring ongoing communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project

What you need to succeed in this role:

• A university degree
• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating across multiple teams
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Professional-level English proficiency
• A clean criminal record

We value it if you also have:

• Experience in Power BI and sales reporting
