Why work for us?

  • Contribute to real engineering projects at an advanced biorefinery, working with innovative process technologies.
  • See your drawings become reality, from process flow diagrams and P&IDs to plant layouts and 3D models.
  • Explore the plant, understand the systems you are drawing and follow projects from initial concept through construction to operation.
  • Gain exposure to projects involving distillation electrification through alcohol vapour compression, new fermentation capacity, biogas, carbon capture and storage, CO₂ liquefaction and the industrial scale-up of technologies developed by our R&D teams.
  • Learn from experienced colleagues across Process Engineering, CAD, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation and Construction.
  • Build on your 2D AutoCAD skills, learn AutoCAD Plant 3D and gradually take on 3D modelling and broader plant-design responsibilities.
  • Actively use your English language skills in your daily work.

What we offer in return:

  • Cafeteria allowance: an annual gross allowance of HUF 500,000, which you can use for dining, leisure activities or nursery and kindergarten meals.
  • Year-end performance bonus: an annual performance-related bonus in addition to your base salary.
  • Car commuting allowance: a contribution of net HUF 50 per kilometre towards your commute.
  • Life and accident insurance: insurance with a high level of coverage for every employee.
  • Medicover health insurance: access to free screening examinations and specialist consultations through private healthcare providers, with an option to extend coverage to your family members.
  • Discounted meals: a 50% discount on the daily hot meal menu on working days.
  • Monday fruit day: fresh fruit to support a healthy lifestyle.
  • Glasses allowance: financial support towards replacing your glasses every two years.
  • Employee referral bonus: a generous reward for successfully referring a new colleague.
  • Team activities and company events: barbecues, hiking trips, Christmas dinners and family days.
  • Work equipment: a Dell laptop and an Apple mobile phone.
  • Summer camps for employees’ children: free themed summer camps for our colleagues’ children.

What will your working days involve?

  • Working with Process Engineers to develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and preliminary plant layouts.
  • Preparing detailed and final P&IDs as part of the engineering documentation used for construction.
  • Taking responsibility for the quality, accuracy and presentation of your drawings.
  • Working closely with our CAD Engineer as your 2D drawings are developed into 3D plant models.
  • Participating in design reviews with Process Engineers, CAD specialists and colleagues from other engineering disciplines as your experience grows.
  • Helping verify that the process design shown on P&IDs is correctly represented in the 3D models.
  • Carrying out plant walk-downs with technical experts to check existing installations and update P&IDs to accurately reflect the as-built condition.
  • Maintaining and improving drawing templates, legends and presentation standards, including layouts, line weights, spacing, scales and consistency.
  • Supporting the development and validation of our engineering-document digitalisation and smart P&ID programme.
  • Managing your drafting workload across several engineering projects in line with agreed priorities and deadlines.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline.
  • Good practical skills in 2D AutoCAD.
  • A basic understanding of the purpose of PFDs, P&IDs and plant layouts.
  • Good English language skills.
  • A category B driving licence.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • A keen eye for detail, consistency and clear drawing presentation.

It would be an advantage if you:

  • Have experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D.
  • Have previous experience in an industrial or process-plant environment.
  • Have professional drafting experience.
  • Are familiar with industrial P&ID symbols and drawing conventions.
  • Have Hungarian and/or Portuguese language skills.

If you enjoy engineering, love drawing and want to see the things you design get built, we look forward to your application!
