Why work for us?
- Contribute to real engineering projects at an advanced biorefinery, working with innovative process technologies.
- See your drawings become reality, from process flow diagrams and P&IDs to plant layouts and 3D models.
- Explore the plant, understand the systems you are drawing and follow projects from initial concept through construction to operation.
- Gain exposure to projects involving distillation electrification through alcohol vapour compression, new fermentation capacity, biogas, carbon capture and storage, CO₂ liquefaction and the industrial scale-up of technologies developed by our R&D teams.
- Learn from experienced colleagues across Process Engineering, CAD, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation and Construction.
- Build on your 2D AutoCAD skills, learn AutoCAD Plant 3D and gradually take on 3D modelling and broader plant-design responsibilities.
- Actively use your English language skills in your daily work.
What we offer in return:
- Cafeteria allowance: an annual gross allowance of HUF 500,000, which you can use for dining, leisure activities or nursery and kindergarten meals.
- Year-end performance bonus: an annual performance-related bonus in addition to your base salary.
- Car commuting allowance: a contribution of net HUF 50 per kilometre towards your commute.
- Life and accident insurance: insurance with a high level of coverage for every employee.

- Participating in design reviews with Process Engineers, CAD specialists and colleagues from other engineering disciplines as your experience grows.
- Helping verify that the process design shown on P&IDs is correctly represented in the 3D models.
- Carrying out plant walk-downs with technical experts to check existing installations and update P&IDs to accurately reflect the as-built condition.
- Maintaining and improving drawing templates, legends and presentation standards, including layouts, line weights, spacing, scales and consistency.
- Supporting the development and validation of our engineering-document digitalisation and smart P&ID programme.
- Managing your drafting workload across several engineering projects in line with agreed priorities and deadlines.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline.
- Good practical skills in 2D AutoCAD.
- A basic understanding of the purpose of PFDs, P&IDs and plant layouts.
